“I visited the Fairfax Rita’s location with my daughter last week. There was a new worker there who was so unfriendly, it even bothered my ten year old. She asked why he was being so mean and also commented that he didn’t seem to like his job. Maybe he was having a bad day? We were there around closing time, but I assumed the owner pays the workers to stay a few minutes to allow customers to finish eating. The worst part was having the lights turned off on us before we exited the store front. It was a really unwelcoming experience from start to finish. We will visit the Vienna location in the future.”
